Does BillCircle collect residents' contribution money?
No. Residents transfer money directly to the bank account chosen by their community. BillCircle never holds or escrows those contributions.
Can a smaller flat pay a different amount?
Yes. An administrator can split one expense equally, use agreed property shares, set specific amounts, or leave a property out. The method can differ by expense.
Do residents need to learn a new app?
Normal resident updates happen privately on WhatsApp. Secure join links help residents connect to the right property without memorising commands.
How do payment reports work?
A resident tells BillCircle that they transferred money. The administrator checks the community bank account before confirming or rejecting the report.
Can I reuse last month's bill?
Yes. Copy the last bill, change the new amounts, check every property's share, then send it.
What does the monthly fee pay for?
The ₦5,000 monthly fee pays for the BillCircle service. It is separate from every resident contribution and is collected through Paystack.
